1. Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by Tag Team Detailing, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Questions may be directed to teamtagdetail@gmail.com or 412-401-3126.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. Owners, employees, and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Eligibility and residence may be verified before the prize is awarded.

3. Promotion period

Entries open August 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT and close August 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT. The Sponsor's website server is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

4. How to enter

During the promotion period, visit the Giveaway page, complete all required fields, confirm eligibility, accept these Official Rules, and submit the form. Limit one entry per person and email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or manipulated entries may be disqualified. Marketing-email consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one $50 Tag Team Detailing Promotional Gift Certificate with an approximate retail value of $50. It may be applied toward any service offered directly by Tag Team Detailing. If a service costs more than the promotional balance, the winner is responsible for the difference. Any unused promotional balance remains available until the stated expiration date.

The certificate is promotional, has no cash value, is not transferable or reloadable, carries no fees, and expires one year after it is issued to the verified winner. The certificate will display its promotional status and exact expiration date. No cash substitution is available, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Drawing and odds

On or about August 27, 2026 at 1:30 PM EDT, the Sponsor will use a computer-generated random process to select one potential winner and up to two alternates from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The recorded drawing result is final, subject to eligibility verification.

7. Winner notification

The potential winner will be contacted at the email address used to enter and must respond within 24 hours. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, declines the prize, or cannot verify eligibility, the Sponsor may offer the prize to the first alternate and then the second alternate under the same conditions. The winner will not be announced publicly.

8. General conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner. If events outside the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or end it and, when practical, select a winner from unaffected eligible entries received before that action.

9. Taxes and release

The winner is responsible for any taxes or expenses not expressly included in the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Sponsor from claims arising from participation or lawful use of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Entry information is used to administer the promotion, prevent abuse, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and maintain a record of the drawing. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately. See the Privacy Notice for more information.

11. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Square, or any other social platform. By entering, each entrant completely releases those platforms from claims related to this promotion.

12. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction serving Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
